Prince Gallery is a custom framing shop, print studio and art gallery at 2600 North Main, Suite 106, North Logan, Utah. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
You can browse this entire website without giving us anything. We only collect personal information when you choose to send it to us through the contact form, which asks for:
We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not run a newsletter.
We use what you send us to reply to you, to work out a quote, and to keep an ordinary business record of work we have discussed or carried out. That is all. We do not use your details for anything you did not contact us about.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you sent us an enquiry.
Your enquiry is read by people who work at Prince Gallery. This website is built and hosted on Webflow, which stores form submissions on our behalf as our hosting provider. When we reply, your message passes through our email provider in the ordinary way. These companies act for us and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
This website uses only the standard cookies Webflow needs for pages to load and forms to work correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to do the work and to keep normal business records afterwards. If you would like us to delete your enquiry, ask us and we will.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email art@prince-gallery.com or call (435) 750-6089 and we will take care of it.
Utah's Consumer Privacy Act applies to companies far larger than ours, so we are not legally required to follow it. We have written this policy, and we will honour requests like the ones above, because it is how we would want to be treated.
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
